My Favorite Beaches are the
Panama City Beaches in Florida

Most people like to visit all the
Panama City beaches.

Panama City's Beaches are Ranked #4 world-wide by the Travel Channel!

Peak season is spring and summer. Fall is much quieter, but the weather is good until November. (And year-round, compared to most places.)

However, visitors from the north like the balmy weather. The Panama City Beaches are wide with sugar-white sand leading to emerald-green water. The water temperature averages 72 degrees year round.

Shell Island - part of St Andrews State Recreation area, and is only accessible by boat. Bottled-nosed dolphins are abundant around Shell Island.

This island is filled with fun like swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, dolphin watching, or rowing a kayak. It is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm everyday and the shuttle ride is only 30 minutes to get to a full day of fun at Shell Island.

St. Andrews State Recreation Area - rated "The World's Best Beach" in 1995 by Travel magazine.

You will marvel at its sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. It is almost as if you are looking at a painting.

One of the most popular outdoor recreation spots in Florida, families can enjoy:

  • camping
  • swimming
  • canoeing
  • snorkeling
  • diving
  • hiking
  • picnicking
  • fishing
  • bird watching
  • Dolphin watching
  • and just relaxing

The campsites have many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment.

St. Joseph Peninsula State Park - rated to have the MOST beautiful beaches in the continental United States.

With beautiful beaches, striking dune formations and a forested interior, bird watching enthusiasts will think they have gone to heaven. There are over 209 species of birds and soaring hawks for you to take memorable pictures of.

Panama City Municipal Pier – Have you noticed a pier always attracts a crowd? The city pier is no exception - it is busy with activity almost 24 hours a day.

Here are some of the reasons people enjoy the Panama City Municipal Pier:

  • Swimming
  • Fishing
  • Sightseeing
  • Eating at the Restaurant
  • Viewing schools of fish
  • Just curious

This is a must visit when you are visiting the Panama City Beaches.
