There is no better place to find your fun-in-the-sun beach wear ensemble than beautiful Panama City Beach. Meander through the beachside shops and be amazed at the rainbow of colors and textures that you find.

Beach hats are a wonderful idea for anyone who plans on spending time in the sun. They will protect your face and eyes from the bright rays and help keep you cool during those strolls along Panama City Beach's sugar-white sands.

While on the beach, I like to wear my favorite beach hat - it's similar to a large baseball cap. It not only helps shade my eyes, but even lets me see farther.

Beach shirts - the ultimate fashion statement! Known for their bright colors and bold patterns, beach shirts are a must in Florida. Made of the lightest-weight materials, you're sure to find these shirts are very, very comfortable.

For me, the old-type muscle-man shirt works best on the beach - it gives comfort, allowing the breeze to cool me off. But I wear a different, more appropriate beach shirt when I'm shopping or out to dinner. (Yes, beach shirts are acceptable evening wear all over Panama City Beach!)

Beach shorts, a.k.a. "Bermuda shorts", make the perfect beach-roving attire. Their length enables you to wade through the shallow sea without getting your pants all salty.

On the other hand, they are also a wonderful choice for casual seafood dining, especially the ones with pleats and belt loops.

Beach shoes . . . they're perfect for walkin' in the sand! Whether open-toed flip-flops or the more conservative close-toed mules, you'll have no problem finding the perfect footwear to suit your purpose. And don't forget to purchase a pair of water shoes for wading in the waves!

Me? I have sensitive feet, so I prefer sandles!

You can dress up for those nights on the town or dress down for leisurely strolling along the warm sand; with the unlimited choices of beach wear you'll never run out of options.

Besides, who wants to come home from a Panama City Beach vacation without at least one flowered beach shirt? Your friends would think you didn't have any fun!

My wife bought me a XXXL, red, flowered shirt during our last trip to Panama City Beach. I thought is was too gaudy, but gues what? I wore it to a cookout and it was a major hit!
